Intellectual Property
Notice to any party attempting to replicate, clone, or repurpose this platform:
Psalm 139 is an original work. All elements of this platform — including but not limited to its name, concept, visual design, codebase, verification methodology, QR-based redemption system, beneficiary onboarding process, and brand identity — are the exclusive intellectual property of Psalm 139 and its founders. Unauthorised replication, in whole or in part, constitutes infringement and will be pursued to the full extent of South African and international law.
Ownership
All intellectual property on this platform — including the Psalm 139 name, logo, brand identity, website design, user interface, written content, verification system, QR-based redemption architecture, and underlying software — is owned exclusively by Psalm 139 and its founders. No rights are transferred to users, donors, partners, or any third party by virtue of using this platform.
Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

— Copying, reproducing, or reverse-engineering any part of this platform
— Launching a competing platform that replicates Psalm 139's concept, flow, or design
— Using the Psalm 139 name, logo, or branding in any form
— Scraping beneficiary data, donor information, or transaction records
— Using this platform's source code, design assets, or architecture as a basis for any other product
Enforcement
Psalm 139 actively monitors for infringement. Any individual or entity found to be replicating or misappropriating this platform's intellectual property will be subject to immediate legal action, including interdicts, damages claims, and referral to the South African Police Service where applicable. We will pursue enforcement internationally through the appropriate conventions and treaties.
Terms of Use
Acceptance
By accessing or using psalm-139.info, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this platform.
Donations
All donations are final and non-refundable once confirmed by Yoco. Funds are allocated directly to the selected individual's balance immediately on payment confirmation. Psalm 139 does not pool donations — each donation goes to the specific person you chose.
No cash value
Beneficiary balances have no cash equivalent. They can only be redeemed at verified Psalm 139 partner stores for approved categories: food and groceries, shelter and hygiene essentials, and clothing. Attempts to convert balances to cash, transfer balances between individuals, or otherwise circumvent the redemption system will result in suspension and may be prosecuted.
Prohibited use
You may not use this platform to:

— Submit fraudulent beneficiary information
— Manipulate, forge, or falsify redemption transactions
— Impersonate a beneficiary, employee, or store partner
— Interfere with or attempt to compromise platform security
— Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or probe the platform

Violations will result in permanent suspension and referral to law enforcement.
Platform availability
Psalm 139 makes no guarantee of continuous availability. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the platform at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime.
